Comkotes Tuning Delivery Policy

 We make every effort to deliver the goods to you as soon as possible after your order has been accepted, and in any event within the time stipulated.  However, Comkotes Tuning cannot be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this situation, we may inform you of the delay and the reason for the delay as soon as is practical. 

Please note from 01-07-2022 when shipping to Taiwan, requires the recipients use of EZWAY to authenticate imports. EZWAY is available for Android and IOS

Comkotes Tuning Returns Policy

  • As with any tuning or racing equipment it is not possible to offer any warranty on items and we (comkotes tuning ltd) cannot be held responsible for how products are installed or used. However, if you order any goods and you change your mind for some reason we will refund your money excluding postage providing the goods in question are returned by you, postage fully paid within 14 days of receipt and received by us at our returns address in the same unused, unfitted condition the parts & packaging arrived when we delivered them

  • Goods which prove unsuitable may be returned for refund, credit or exchange if they are returned to ourselves within 14 days of receipt (by using the ‘Contact Us’ section of the website). Subject to the following conditions:

  • A returns reference number must to be obtained prior to returning any item.

  • Items are returned carriage paid & duty paid to our returns address (which can be obtained by contacting us using the website button).

  • Items are received in a resalable condition.

  • Items should be returned unused in their original condition in order to secure a refund.

  • Unused Items are returned complete as received by you(the customer) with all packaging in good sealed unused condition. (We reserve the right to levy a charge to replace product and or product packaging which is damaged or defaced).

  • We will deduct any additional shipping & or import fees on items returned. This includes the fees associated with shipping the product(s) to you the customer as these are not recoverable.

  • We cannot accept for return any items which have been specially ordered for you or manufactured to your specification.

  • All returns are to be accompanied by the senders name and address, order reference and returns number (those are found on the invoice, the latter is provided to you when you contact us in the event you wishing to return an item stating the reason). Help us to help you.

  • We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered, please retain your proof of postage etc., you may require it in the event of a claim with your carrier.

  • Comkotes Tuning are not responsible for any labour charges incurred during fitment or removal of allegedly faulty (or incorrectly supplied) parts.

Please advise our Customer Service Department using the contact us customer service option of any problems with shortages or carrier damage within 5 days of receipt.  We regret that beyond this time, due to circumstances beyond our control we may be unable to process your claim.

 

Comkotes Tuning Deposits Policy

On any special order item we reserve the right to charge a deposit for the whole order value to the customers payment method, which is non returnable in the event of cancellation, based upon the customers implicit instructions to order the goods on their behalf.
