Peugeot 308 GTi II RCZ-R decat downpipe
Please note we have sold many of these over the last 3 years and tuners have provided feedback when fitting on the 308 GTi II that whilst the decat fits the turbo it requires the bracket to be modified so to bolt onto the engine block. The cat back then requires cutting towards the rear of the car and a 12cm piece welded into it so to bring the cat back towards the front of the car to meet the downpipe, the exhaust clamp can then be fitted. We have also noticed the outer ring of the downpipe which clamps to turbo has a tolerance due to the turbo expanding with heat, this entails almost 1mm needing to be ground off so that it fully mates with the turbo. The reason we think for this is the design was not changed from RCZR and presumed to fit the 308 GTi II. Both cars use the same turbo although one is a N14 engine, the newer 270THP is a N18.
